Nuria Goytre
Nuria has a BA in Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) and obtained her Chartered Financial Analyst qualification in 1995 (Association of Investment Management and Research - AIMR). She currently works as an investment analyst at Omega Capital, Madrid. Prior to working at Omega Nuria worked as a financial and investment consultant in national and international intitutions such as Deutsche Bank (Madrid, New York and Paris), BBVA (New York), BNP Paribas (Paris). |

James Macmillan-Scott
James’s 28 year career in Investment and Banking businesses both in the US and Europe has given him significant experience in raising and managing capital as well as running businesses James first worked in London and moved to New York in 1984 with Swiss Bank Corporation Investment Bank. He then moved to Merrill Lynch and subsequently to Deutsche Bank as Head of Equity, North America where he was a member of Deutsche Bank’s Global Equity Management Committee, the Bank’s North American Board as well as being CEO of the bank’s three NYSE listed Equity Mutual Funds totalling more than $1bn.
In 1997 James returned
to Europe as CEO at US firm Hambrecht and Quist’s Euromarkets platform. In 2002 he co-founded Augusta & Co, a UK and Germany based Merchant Bank where he was the Senior Partner and is now senior Advisor. |

Lourdes Plana
Lourdes has devoted most of her professional life to the culinary and gastronomy sectors starting as teacher at Juan de Altamira school, then editor of Restauradores magazine, anchor of the gastronomic section of “A Todo Madrid” television programme (TeleMadrid) and culinary correspondent of several magazines. Lourdes was awarded the 2004 National award for her contribution to culinary sector press by the Academia Española de Gastronomía. Lourdes is a founding member of Academia Aragonesa de Gastronomía, a Member of the Academia Española de Gastronomía, General Manager of Foro de Debate S.L., and importantly, organiser of the international gastronomic forum Madrid-Fusión. |

Victoria Matthews
Victoria has built a career in the business communication sector beginning in London as an equity analyst for the Spanish and Portuguese stock markets before moving to the specialist field of corporate and financial communications. Since 1990 she has worked as a communications consultant for Broadgate Consultants in New York and for Wolff Olins and Grupo Albion Asesores de Comunicación in Madrid. Victoria has a degree in Latin and History from Bristol University and a Masters in Business Communications from Madrid´s Centro de Investigación y Desarrollo de Comunicación. |

Clara María González Amezua
Clara María has achieved a celebrated position within the culinary and gastronomic sector worldwide, working with experts, Governments and professionals in many countries. Clara Maria holds a Culinary degree from the Cordón Bleu school in París and has been speaker at numerous gastronomic fairs and exhibitions around the world. Founder and owner of Escuela de Cocina Juan de Altimiras and the Alambique culinary shop (Madrid). Author of several books including "The Regional Cooking of Spain" and "Yo, tú, él, ella cocina", Clara María is gastronomic advisor of the Consejo Oleícola Internacional and member of the Academia Española de Gastronomía and the Cofradía de la Buena Mesa. The 2006 Silver Spoon Award in New York is Clara Maria’s latest acknowledgement. |

José Carlos Capel
José Carlos is Chairman of the international gastronomic forum Madrid-Fusión. He has received several awards and a high level of recognition for his long and important contribution to the gastronomic world. A member of several gastronomic Cofradias (in Spain and abroad) he is also a Member of the Academia Española de Gastronomía and Academia Internacional del Vino, author of numerous culinary and gastronomic books as well as gastronomic critic for El Pais and also director of culinary studies for the Universidad Internacional Menendez Pelayo. |
